Why an International Mobility Workshop

This workshop, funded by the European Union’s Erasmus Plus program, is a capacity building activvity that aims to foster peace through judo. It includes sessions on understanding the project’s goals, building international networks, implementing judo for peace programs, securing funding, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Participants will network and develop action plans for impactful international partnerships.

About This Event

This report presents an overview of the International Mobility capacity building provided within the Judo for Peace Project. The programme was developed and delived by Amal for Education and AIYD and the training in Kilis was give at the premises of the Kilis Directorate of Youth and Sport (Kilis Gsim), project Coordinator. The programme involved two groups, each programme consisted of 12 hours (8 in presence and 4 in practical work) for a total of 24 hours. The total number of registered participants was 35. The two groups were led one in Arabic language and the other in Turkish. The first workshop was held on November 20th 2022 for Arabic particippants and the second on December 3rd 2022 for Turkish participants. The in presence part of the workshop started at 9:00 AM and finished at 17:00.
